Conformity guarantee:

The product is covered by aguarantee of conformityvalid for 24 months for individual consumers, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, namely GEO no. 140/2021. For legal entity customers, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Certification and documentation:

The product is delivered together with the warranty certificate and the instructions for use written in Romanian. In the event of any non-conformities during the warranty period, these will be resolved by repairing the product or, as the case may be, by replacing it, without charging the buyer any additional costs.

Garantia de conformitate:

Produsul este acoperit de o garantie de conformitate valabila 24 de luni in cazul consumatorilor persoane fizice, in acord cu prevederile legale aplicabile, respectiv OUG nr. 140/2021. Pentru clientii persoane juridice, termenul de garantie este de 12 luni de la data achizitiei.

Certificare si documentatie:

Produsul se livreaza impreuna cu certificatul de garantie si instructiunile de utilizare redactate in limba romana. In situatia aparitiei unor neconformitati pe durata perioadei de garantie, acestea vor fi solutionate prin repararea produsului sau, dupa caz, prin inlocuirea acestuia, fara perceperea unor costuri suplimentare din partea cumparatorului.
