The Site and everything contained therein, including without limitation all text and images (“Content”) are the property and copyright of Medical Express SRL or others with all rights reserved unless otherwise specified. Any Content consisting of a trademark, logo, or service mark is a registered and unregistered trademark of Medical Express SRL or others. The use of any Content, except as provided in the Terms of Use, without the written permission of the owner of the “Content” is strictly prohibited. We also inform you that Medical Express SRL will ensure and forcefully enforce the recognition of intellectual property rights in accordance with the laws in force, reaching, if necessary, the prosecution of those guilty of violating intellectual property rights in criminal courts.

The competent courts of Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the provisions of these Terms of Use and/or the Site Content or in the event of disputes in which these Terms of Use and/or this site are considered facts relevant to such disputes.

Economic operators are obliged to issue tax receipts to customers for all goods delivered at retail and/or services provided, and upon their request, to also issue an invoice, on the date of issuance of the tax receipt, according to Law No. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, as amended and supplemented. Decision No. 355 of April 20, 2023 on the amendment and completion of the Methodological Norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 28/1999 on the obligation of economic operators to use electronic fiscal cash registers, approved by Government Decision No. 479/2003.
