How do I order?

The products can be ordered from the online store, at any Medical Express office in the country , and by phone at 0727789357. Both in the offices, by phone and on the chat on our website, you receive free advice in choosing the products that suit you best.

In the case of personalized, made-to-order products, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure visible on the page of each product that is part of this category.

How do I pay?

  • Cash on delivery payment – ​​is made in full upon delivery of the order. In the case of delivery of products by couriers, payment will be made to the commission agent who makes the delivery. – SC MEDICAL EXPRESS SRL

In the case of payments by money order, you will receive all the necessary information that must be entered on the money order at the time of telephone confirmation of the order. The order will be delivered only after receiving proof of payment.

In the case of personalized, made-to-order products, they are paid in full upon placing the order.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery of the products is made between 2 and 4 days in the case of express courier and in 4-7 days in the case of Posta Romana, if the products are in stock. If the products are not in stock, the delivery of the product can take between 8 and 60 days (the 60-day period generally applies to customizable wheelchairs and walking devices that are not in stock). For insurance, we recommend that the customer contact us by phone, chat or email.

Order placement confirmation

If you have ordered products from the Medical Express website, after completing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email, which certifies that we have received your order.

Before sending your order, we will confirm your order by phone to ensure that you have ordered the correct products. For any order placed Monday – Friday between 9:00 and 12:00, you will receive a call for confirmation within 3 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 12:00 may receive confirmation the next business day. If the product is in stock at any of our warehouses, you will receive a phone call confirming the availability of the product and the approximate date when the package will reach you.

If you do not answer the phone for confirmation on the same day the order was placed and the payment was made by card, we will deliver the order as you placed it, without phone confirmation, if the products are in stock. Otherwise, you will receive an email notifying you of the lack of stock and the option to wait until it is back in stock, or to receive your money back.

If you do not answer the phone for confirmation on the same day the order was placed, and the payment was chosen cash on delivery, we will try to contact you on the 2nd day, to avoid the risk of returning the package or not receiving the package, due to ordering unsuitable products for you or an order error. If we are unable to confirm the order by phone with you on the 2nd day, we will deliver the order as you placed it on the 2nd working day from the date of receipt.

(The size window on each product page displays the sizes under which each model was produced and does NOT represent the sizes in stock at any given time. It is recommended to ensure the existence of the product size/variation by phone or via chat).

From the date of delivery from our warehouse, the order reaches its destination within 1-7 business days via express courier or Romanian Post, depending on the city you are in. Orders received on weekends and during legal holidays will be processed in the early hours of the next business day.

Order cancellation

If you ordered online and want to cancel or modify your order, send an email with the subject "cancel order", containing the order number, to comenzi_online@medicalexpress.ro . Canceling the order is only possible if it has not yet been delivered from our warehouse. If it has already been delivered, the Return procedure applies, available here.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is made by express courier company or by Romanian Post (Prioripost service - directly to your home) and is FREE for orders over 250 RON, anywhere in the country.

For orders worth less than 250 lei, the delivery cost is 20 RON (VAT included), and is included on the invoice. For orders up to 250 RON, delivery via Romanian Post costs 20 RON , anywhere in the country. For delivery with cash on delivery both by courier and by Prioripost, a cash on delivery cost of 5 RON is added. The delivery method is the customer's choice and can be chosen from the order form. We mention that delivering an order on a Saturday involves a cost of 22 RON + VAT.
